Admissions

Master of Pharmacy / Bachelor in Pharmacy / Diploma in Pharmacy (M.Pharm, B.Pharm and D.Pharm)

Eligibility for Admission

  1. The Candidate should be an Indian National.
  2. Educational Qualifications
  • Candidates should have passed 10+2 examinations with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics with 45% Marks.
  • Candidates who have completed the D Pharm course from a PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) approved institution. This is lateral admission in the second /third semester of B Pharmacy course.

Documents Required for Admission

  1. Copy of Marksheet of 10th & 12th Class
  2. TC ,  Character Certificate and Migration Certificate (original Copy)
  3.  M.P. Domicile Certificate
  4. Caste (SC/ST/OBC) 
  5. Aadhar card and Samagra ID
  6. Latest Income Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) 
  7. Gap Certificate (if applicable)
  8. Seven (7) passport size photographs

Admission Procedure :

Eligibility Criteria B. Pharm: 10 + 2 with either PCB or PCM with minimum 45% marks , (For general category and 40% marks) , (For SC/ST/OBC excluding creamy layer). Candidates from open school are not eligible for admission as per PCI. Physics-Chemistry-Biology

Eligibility Criteria M. Pharm: B. Pharm with minimum 50% marks (For General & OBC) and 45% (For SC/ST). Preference shall be given to GPAT qualified candidates. Candidates from open school are not eligible for admission as per PCI. Physics-Chemistry-Biology

Eligibility Criteria D. Pharm: The Candidate should have passed 10th class (SSC exam). Candidates from open school are not eligible for admission as per PCI.
